Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment when your product arrives back to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable. BE SURE TO KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER.
For Exchanges:
Follow the above steps and include a note explaining what you are looking to exchange. Your new item will be sent out when the return is received by us.
Here is the fine print:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. They are usually issued 2-3 days after the return package is received. Keep your tracking number. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Compression undergarments and protective cups cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned must be in new condition and unaltered. If your items do not meet these conditions they will be returned to you.
When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the manufacturer's box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.
